Beginner Programming

One of the very best ways for a newcomer, a beginner, to learn the Purposefully Primitive Core4 exercise techniques is to do them often. By performing the Core4 lifts twice a week we double the number of sessions from four times a week to eight times a month. The beginner should make haste slowly. Start off super light and ingrain technique before adding poundage.
