Beginner Programming
This is a great entry level training routine that adheres to the Purposefully Primitive minimalistic template. Master the techniques, proper technique combined with a full range of motion, digs the deepest possible muscular inroad. Make the first set of each exercise extremely light: groove in technique as you bring up muscle core temperature. The second set is the “work set.”
